Mini Market: Vendor Application

Circus Play Cafe is happy to announce our first Mini Market! This unique event includes exclusive free admission to our popular play space for children. Our cafe will have our specialty drinks and coffee beverages for sale crafted by our lovely baristas. Circus Play Cafe is looking to select eight vendors. We are seeking vendors who are passionate and unique to fill our booths. We are looking for vendors selling artisanal goods, handmade crafts, clothing, and delicious treats.

All goods and table displays must be appropriate for families with little ones. We are also a peanut-free space, all your items must be free of peanuts and peanut products.

Our cafe will close at 2:00 pm, vendors can come in at 2:45 pm and the event will begin at 3:30. There will be three of our staff members, two of them will be working the barista bar and supervising our playspace. However, the Event Coordinator will assist the vendors in setting up and breaking down the booths and other needs during the event. The event will end at 6:00 pm and all vendors must exit the cafe by 6:30 pm.

The tables are either 25x25inch or 29x29inch. We are flexible with how you display your goods and encourage creativity.

You are responsible for handling all your transactions and bringing your own payment machines/cash.

There is no table fee to have a table at this event, we believe in supporting our vendors and your earnings. We also believe that this event will benefit the promotions of both businesses. However, all your earnings from this event are based solely on your sales. There are no additional payments or guarantees from Circus Play Cafe. Your success is determined by your sales efforts!
